| Abstract: | Protection of intellectual property rights is the necessity of scientific progress and social development,and the initial request of intellectual capital's value creation.The essay analyzed categories of intellectual property rights' conflict in the integration of production,teaching and research,promoted proposals and opinions as to intellectual property rights protection with the division of classification. |
