摘    要:紧固件柔度是飞机连接部位疲劳寿命的重要影响因素,常常作为飞机结构疲劳寿命模拟和分析的主要参数。利用弹塑性接触有限元法对结构进行仿真计算,模拟拉伸载荷下紧固件细节的载荷位移变化关系,由此对紧固件柔度进行了分析计算,并将其与实验结果进行了对比,结果表明:该有限元方法与实验数据吻合很好,进而可以根据有限元结果对实验进行设计指导。

Abstract:The fastener flexibility is one of the important factors affecting the fatigue lives of aircraft structural joints. Using elastic-plastic finite element method(FEM) to perform simulation for the structure and simulate load-displacement relationship of fastener details under tension loading. By this way, the flexibility of the fastener is calculated, and compared with the result of the experiments. The comparison shows that the analytical results agree well with the experimental results. The analysis technique can be used to instruct the design and the experiment of mechanical joints.
