摘    要:针对卫星推进系统管路中经常使用的球面密封结构,分析了其密封的机理,讨论了塑性变形对金属密封的重要作用。在此基础上,采用非线形有限元法对其进行了弹塑性分析和接触分析,得出了拧紧力矩和密封状态的对应关系,并通过实验验证了分析方法的准确性。

Abstract:The orbicular seal joint was widely used in the propulsion system of satellites. Its sealing mechanism was studied,and the important effect of the plasticity for metal seal was discussed.The nonlinear finite element method was applied to analyze plasticity problem and contact problem at the assembly process,the relation between tightening torque and sealing situation was provided.The validity of analysis method was verified by test.
