| Abstract: | Describes the principle in measuring straightness of outline of cylinder workpieces with three point method error separation technique(EST). Analyzes influence on measurement error in parameter selecting, error of distance between probes, error in calibrating transducer, and error in mounting workpiece. Means of avoiding signal harmonic wave loss and noise suppression are studied in order to improve accuracy in measuring straightness error. |
