GH3536电子束焊接残余应力分布分析

摘    要:采用应力释放法测量了10mm厚GH3536高温合金电子束焊接纵向残余应力分布.结果表明:高温合金电子束焊接残余应力分布范围较小,约为焊缝宽度的4-7倍.残余应力的最大值可达到材料的屈服极限.研究成果为优化电子束焊接工艺和应力与变形分析提供了理论依据和指导.

Abstract:A strip cutting method is used to determine the residual stresses distribution of GH3536 high-temperature alloy plates of 10mm in thickness welded by EBW. The results showed that the distribu-tion of residual stress is about 4 to 7 times of the width of the welding seam and the maximum residual stress could be the yield limit. The results offer a theory basis for optimizing the technology of EBW and controlling residual stress and strain.
