| Abstract: | To solve the problem of scarcity of S-band spectrum resources in space application, a preliminary scheme of S-band space tracking telemetry and command （TT＆C） based on cognitive radio is proposed. The principles, constitution, data flow and network structure are introduced and its perspective benefit is analyzed in this paper. |
