| 摘 要： | 参考机床爬行的描述方法，对三坐标测量机的运动精度进行了分析。用激光干涉仪对某一轴的运动精度进行了测量，指出了此时影响运动精度的因素。提出了改进移动桥式三坐标测量机设计的措施。为移动桥式三坐标测量机实现高速测量状态下的高精度提供了依据。

| Abstract: | In reference to the describing method of the creeping of machine tools,a motion accuracy analysis of a 3-D coordinate measuring machine (CMM) is made.The motion accuracy of one axis is measured with a laser interferometer and the factors affecting motion accuracy are given.The method of improving the design of a moving bridge type CMM is proposed.With this method,the high accuracy measurement of the moving-bridge-type CMM is proposed.With this method,the high accuracy measurement of the moving-bridge-type 3-D CMM for fast probing is possible. |
