按劳分配应有新的实现形式--从资本家剥削的产权分析中得出的命题

The labor property rights are consisted of an array of rights.The system of employment in the countries of capitalism brought about the imperfection of the labor property rights,and the income of capitalist was taken from the exploitation to the employee.The traditional distribution according to work is faced with a lot of realistic obstacles in our country where the market economy system of socialism has been adopted and should be innovated.The double-deck mechanism of distribution should be implemented,which can harmonize the distribution according to the labor ownership with the distribution according to the labor value.Thus the labor property rights can be realized perfectly in distribution.
