摘    要:对某型燃气轮机带空气冷却的4级透平进行了详细的三维数值研究,并将其结果与一维计算结果进行了对比。重点考虑了如何引入进入4级透平中的各种类型冷气的方法,包括构造叶片和端壁面气膜冷却结构、构造叶片尾缘冷气喷射缝以及在叶片排交界面前后端壁面增加冷气质量源等。计算结果显示:4级透平出口总参数与基于试验数据的一维计算结果吻合较好,说明该方法准确可行;此外,在得到多级空气冷却透平三维流场特性的同时,也可以得到绝热壁条件下的气膜冷却壁面温度场特性。

3D Numerical Investigation on the Aerodynamic Performance of an Air Cooled 4 - Stage Turbine

Abstract:Detailed 3D numerical investigation on the aerodynamic performances of an air cooled 4 -stage turbine is performed, and its results are compared with 1D results. The investigation focuses on methods of how to introduce diversified cooling air into the turbine, including construction of blade and endwall film cooling configurations and construction of blade trailing edge cooling air jet slots, as well as additional cooling air mass sources at endwall surfaces fore - and - aft blade row interface. 3D results show that exit total parameters of the 4 - stage turbine agree well with 1D results obtained from correlations of experimental data, thus verifying the accuracy and feasibility of this method. Furthermore, this method can obtain both 3D flow field characteristics and the temperature field characteristics under adiabatic wall condition.
