| 摘 要： | 罗素的“培养人的理想品性”教育目的观,摒弃了传统教育在教育目的上把人当作手段,而不是目的的价值取向,与传统的社会本位的教育目的观完全对立,它对人的本性的终极关怀对当今的职业教育仍有很强的启示。职业教育应该树立“以人为本”的观念,在智力观、人才观、教学观方面加以革新。

| Abstract: | Russell's educational goal view of "Raising human's ideal personality"abandoned the conventional educational goal which treat human as tool,but not goal value orientation.Russell's new idea focus on social orientation as well as individual orientation.His view is so forsightful and its ultimate concerns on human being will inspire the vocational education.The vocational education should set up aview of human being oriented,and innovate on the views of intelligence,talents and teaching. |
