摘    要:把测点到基准平面的轴向距离作为度量函数来建立平面度误差评定的线性模型,从而快速地评定出空间一般位置被测平面的平面度误差,为坐标测量机采用最小条件准则评定平面度误差提供了一个实用方法。

Abstract:In this paper,a linearly mathematical model of evaluating flat-ness error is established by use of the function of axial distance from measured points to the plane of datum. The flatness error of a measured plane located in three dimensional space can be quickly worked out.The practical algorithm is suitable for the flatness error evaluation with the least condition principle in coor-dinates measuring machines.
