金属材料摩擦挤压合金化研究

摘    要:本文以LF6铝合金作为基材,Ni粉作为合金化添加粉末,试验用摩擦挤压的方法进行金属材料的合金化。利用X射线衍射仪及Topas(2)X射线分析软件进行物相分析。并测试了合金化区域的显微硬度。结果表明:摩擦挤压区域有Al3Ni以及AlNi3化合物生成,并且发现生成的金属间化合物Al3Ni含量高于AlNi3化合物含量;生成的Al3Ni和AlNi3的晶格常数增大,晶粒尺寸细小,几乎达到亚微米级;生成Ak3Ni的显微硬度达到520HV。研究结果表明:用摩擦挤压的方法能够实现金属材料的合金化。

Abstract:In this paper, friction and extrusion method has been used for metallic material alloying with LF6 as the base material and Ni powder as the additive powder. The phases have been studied by the method of XRD and Topas(2), the microhardness has been measured by durometer .The results show that Al3Ni and AlNi3 have been produced in the friction and extrusion area, the crystal parameters of the Al3Ni and AlNi3 were increased and the grains are fine . The microharness of Al3Ni attains 520HV. The investigation indicates that friction and extrusion method can be used for metallic material alloying.
