基于混合编程的碰摩故障识别仿真验证系统的设计

摘    要:关于旋转机械碰摩故障识别方法的研究已经成为碰摩故障研究的一个热点。为了直观地比较碰摩故障识别方法的优异,本文提出了基于混合编程方法设计碰摩故障识别的仿真验证系统。系统利用Matlab与VC++的混合编程技术仿真并显示了采用RBF核SVM及BP网络等方法识别旋转机械的碰摩故障。实验结果表明,该仿真系统具有良好的实用性,具有一定的应用价值。

Abstract:Identify method research of rotating machinery rub-impact fault has become a hot spot in the research field of rub-impact fault.In order to compare the merits of the rub-impact fault identify directly,this paper proposes a simulation system design method of rub-impact fault identify based on mixed programming.This system uses mixed programming techniques of Matlab and VC++ simulated and showes the identification of rotating machinery rub-impact fault using Kernel-SVM RBF and BP network.Experimental results showes that the simulation system is practical and of certain value.
