汽车覆盖件拉延筋的单元模拟试验研究

摘    要:通过拉延筋基本单元模拟试验,揭示了板料在拉延筋内的变形机理和变形特点;得到了筋的几何参数、压边力和模具包角对拉延筋约束力的影响规律,筋的圆角半径越小,拉延筋的约束力越大,压边力和模具包角与拉延筋约束力呈线性递增关系;同时,建立了新的拉延筋约束力计算模型,计算结果和实验结果基本一致,该模型可供覆盖件在形数值分析建立边界条条时参考。

Abstract:By means of drawbead unit simulation experiment,the deformation regularity and characteristics of sheet metal in drawbead have been revealed. The influence of drawbead geometries,blank holding force and die winding angle on drawbead restraining force have been obtained. The smaller round radus,the bigger drawbead restraining force. It grows linearly with blank holding force and die winding angle increasing. The calculation model of drawbead restraining force has been presented. The result of calculation is basically the same as that of the experiment. The model can be used in building boundary condition of numerical analysisin auto-body panel forming.
