摘    要:某型燃气轮机可调叶片控制系统以伺服比例阀和伺服油缸作为控制机构。该系统在油田经历了近2000h的运行考验,可实现对可调导叶转角的闭环控制,性能优良,工作可靠,能够满足在油田环境下的工作要求;保证燃气轮机稳定工作。

Control System Design of Hydraulic Pressure Servo Ratio of Variable Guide Vane Corner for a Gas Turbine

Abstract:The servo ratio valve and servo cylinder were regarded as the control mechanism of the variable stator vane control system for a gas turbine. The closed -loop control for the variable guide vane corner was achieved. The control system has run almost 2000h in the oil field and the performance and reliability all could meet the condition requirements. The stable operation was also assured.
