| 摘 要： | JOVIAL语言是美国空军唯一的标准语言。本文根据作者从事军用计算机语言研究的经验,从可靠性、可读性、效率、可维护性、可移植性、可用性、简明性、抽象性以及实现等角度对JOVIAL进行了分析、评价,并将JOVIAL与Pascal、Ada等语言进行了适当的比较,最后指出了作为军用语言的JOVIAL还缺少的语言设施。

| Abstract: | JOVIAL is the only standard programming language developed and used in United States Air Force (USAF). According to our experiences in studying military computer languages, this paper analyses and evaluates JOVIAL as viewed from the reliability,readability,efficiency,maitainability, transportability, availability, simplicity, abstractability and implementation etc, and compares JOVIAL with Pascal, Ada and others. Finally, it is pointed out in this paper the language facilities of which JOVIAL, as a military computer programming language, is not possessed. |
