不稳定燃烧抑制剂对RDX—CMDB浇注推进剂的影响

摘    要:对五种物质组成的七种单一或复合不稳定燃烧抑制剂在RDX-CMDB(黑索今-复合改性双基)浇注推进剂中应用了研究,发现其中白刚玉(Al2O3)和SiC对不稳定燃烧的抑制效果较佳。其加入方式和加入量地共不稳定燃烧抑制作用有较大的影响。当白刚 粒度与推进剂中燃烧催化剂的粒度相当时,其粒度变化对剂燃烧性能的影响较明显。且与其在螺压、粒铸推进剂中规律相似,即粒度减小,推进剂燃速增大。

Abstract:The effects of seven kinds of resonance burning inhibitors (mono or composite) consisting of fivekinds of materials on the resonance burning of cast RDX-CMDB propellant are investigated. The results showthat Al2O3 and SiC are excellent inhibitors of resonance burning in cast RDX-CMDB propellant, and that theadding amount and adding way affect the inhibition function of Al2O3 greatly. When the particle she of Al2O3is equivalent to that of combustion catalyst in RDX--CMDB propellant, the variation of Al2O3 particle sizebrings about an increase in burning rate and a decrease in pressure exponent, just as that for the propellantproduced by extrusion or solvent-casting.
