飞机液压管路冲击响应分析

摘    要:分析了液压冲击引起管路系统振动的机理和原因,给出了水击压强和水击波速的计算公式。利用有限元软件ABAQUS建立了某型飞机液压管路系统的三维模型,运用显式积分计算液压冲击下管路系统的振动响应,考虑了不同管道材料和边界条件对管路系统振动响应的影响。结果表明,液压冲击能引起悬空管束剧烈的振动响应,在管接头加卡箍和提高管道材料的刚度能较好地改善管路系统的抗振性能。

Abstract:In this paper,the mechanism and cause that induce pipeline vibration by hydraulic hammer is analysed,the expressions of water hammer pressure and water hammer wave speed are presented.The 3D model of hydraulic pipeline system is established by ABAQUS.Considering different materials and boundary conditions,the pipeline vibration response induced by hydraulic hammer is calculated by Explicit Method.The result shows that hydraulic hammer can make the pipeline vibrate stronger.Measures that add the work carrier...
