推力磁轴承的优化设计与有限元分析

摘    要:本文在已知定子内、外径的条件下,根据推力磁轴承承载力和温升的约束条件,以推力磁轴承体积最小为目标设计了一套推力磁轴承,并利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对其电磁特性进行了验证。结果表明,优化设计出的推力磁轴承满足承载力最大的要求。

Abstract:Under the circumstance of certain outer-diameter and inner-diameter of the stator,according to the requirements of carrying capacity and the increase of the temperature,the thrust bearing is designed with the goal of minimum volume.Then a finite element analysis for the thrust bearing is conducted to vali-date its electromagnetic character.The results show that the thrust magnetic bearing being designed satis-fied the demand of the maximum carrying capacity.
