吹气型周向槽机匣处理扩稳机理的研究

摘    要:实验证明在周向环槽中加入切向吹气可以比原型处理机匣获得更大的稳定裕度.分别对带吹气型周向槽机匣处理与原型机匣处理的孤立转子进行全三维数值计算, 计算得到的总性能特性线同实验符合良好.通过详细地对比分析两种机匣处理的叶顶区域流场, 揭示了吹气型周向槽机匣处理比未吹气的原型机匣处理获得更大的稳定裕度和提高效率的机理.

Abstract:Tangent blowing in the circumferential grooves has the effect of achieving broader stall margin in the previous experiments.Three-dimentional numerical simulation has been performed for a subsonic axial-flow compressor rotor both with the blowing circumferential grooved casing treatment and archetypal casing treatment.The calculated overall performance lines showed good agreement with the experiments.The mechanism was that the blowing circumferential grooved casing treatment can achieve broader safety margin and improve the efficiency compared with archetypal casing treatment.This conclusion was obtained by detailed analyzing the flow-field at the blade tip of two kinds of casing treatment.
