摘    要:某型航空发动机在使用过程中故障率较高,结合其外场使用数据,以可靠性理论为基础,建立了基于Van Montfort方法的威布尔分布检验模型,根据该模型判定发动机主机的使用数据服从威布尔分布,确定了可靠度函数和故障率函数;针对发动机主机可靠性受环境影响的问题,建立了可靠性环境因子分析模型,以评估海洋环境条件对发动机可靠性的影响。并据此对使用单位和生产单位提出了一系列提高发动机使用可靠性的建议。

Abstract:The failure rate of an aeroengine was high in operating. Based on reliability theory, Weibull distribution test model which based on Van Montfort method was set up combined with the field data. Using the aeroengine data that obeyed Weibull distribution according to the model, reliability function and failure rate function were determined. Aiming at the problem that reliability of aeroengine was affected by the environment, reliability environment ratio model was built to assess the impact of marine environment on reliability of the aeroengine. Suggestions which can enhance the reliability of the aeroengine were proposed according to the above situation to the producer and end-user.
