摘    要:本文从理论和实验两方面研究了由中心刚体和柔性梁组成的刚柔耦合系统的模态特性。结果表明该系统的模态与静止情况正气结构动力学模态存在较大差异,系统的模态频率与刚体Hub和柔性梁的转动惯量比值有一定关系,这为研究这类刚柔耦合系统的动力学与控制问题提供了一些有益的参考。

Abstract:This paper investigates the modal characteristics of a typical rigid flexible coupling system consisting of a rigid hub and a flexible beam with a tip mass.A finite element model for this system is derived and the complete coupling between the system rigid and flexible degrees of freedom is included.The modal characteristics of this system are analyzed by numerical simulation and experimental test,respectively.The experiment is carried out in a single axis air bearing testbed.Both the theoretical results and experimental results show that the modal frequencies of this beam are quite different from the frequencies in structural dynamics.The frequencies of the flexible beam increase with the increase of the ratio of the beam and rigid hub inertia.This ratio has more influence on the fundamental frequency than the higher frequencies of the beam.These results can be useful for the dynamic and control problem of this typical rigid flexible coupling system.
