摘    要:采用熔体混熔方法结合挤压铸造制备了Al—8wt.%Si合金。利用SEM、DSC、TEM和力学性能测试等分析手段研究了合金的组织及性能。结果显示,通过将高温的A1-30%Si合金熔体和低温的工业纯铝金属液混和,凝固形成的亚共晶成份Al.08wt.%Si合金中含有3%左右的细小初生si相。与传统熔体变质处理后制备Al.8wt.%Si合金的相比,经初生Si相增强的Al—Si合金拉伸强度达到185MPa,抗弯强度达到437MPa,分别提高15%和19%,同时延伸率增加近1倍达到6.7%。

Abstract:Al-8wt. % Si alloy was prepared by the melt mixing combined with the squeeze casting. The microstructure and properties were analyzed with the SEM, DSC,TEM and mechanical testing. The results showed that the primary silicon phase formed in the hypoeutectic Al-8wt. %Si alloy through mixing the melt of the Al-30wt. %Si alloy with the pure Al solution. Comparing with the Al-8wt. %Si alloy fabricated with the common modification treatment, the tensile strength and bend strength of Al-8wt. %Si alloy with reinforced phase of the primary silicon increased 15% and 19%, which reached 185MPa and 437MPa respectively, and the elongation of the alloy increased twice which was 6.7%.
