Abstract:Near real-time download of images from airborne large array high speed camera through a telemetry channel is studied.A near real-time image download system is designed and its real-time performance is analyzed.While recording the raw images of a high speed camera,the system can extract frames,zoom in the pictures and download the compressed images to the ground for monitoring in real-time.The raw images in a key time segment can be downloaded to the ground frame by frame a few minutes after conclusion of a test,thus enabling near real-time image download.Therefore,it is no longer necessary to wait for landing of the airplane to view the images of the high speed camera.This provides strong technical support for decision-making during range tests and follow-up tests.
