| 摘 要： | 重点探讨一种基于功率谱密度的车削质量控制方法，与目前较为成功的基于粗糙度的车削质量控制方法相比，它能充分利用实际轮廓的全部实测数据并将车削过程各要素对功率谱密度的影响明显地区分开。初步研究表明，该方法是一个很有前途的车削质量控制方法。
