小孔节流静压轴承多目标模糊优化设计

摘    要:在静压轴承的设计中,有许多设计参数属于模糊变量,而且有许多模糊因素(如设计水平、制造水平、材质优劣等)也影响设计结果。为解决这些问题,寻求静压轴承的最佳设计方案,本文推导出小孔节流静压轴承模糊约束多目标优化数学模型,阐述了应用最优水平截集法和扩增系数法,通过二级模糊综合评判,将模糊约束多目标优化问题逐步转化为普通约束单目标优化问题,最后用复合型法求出静压轴承最优解的全部过程,为静压轴承的设计提供了一套更符合客观实际的切实可行的多目标优化方法。

Abstract:In the desinging of hydrostatic bearings many design parameters are fuzzy variables and many fuzzy factors, such as designing and manufacturing level and the quality of materials, also affect the result of design. To solve these problems in search of the optimum design of hydrostatic bearings, this paper has deduced a fuzzy binding multiobjective optimized mathematical model for hydrostatic bearings with orificethroltle. It expounds the whole process in which fuzzy binding multi-objective optimization is gradually changed, by means of optimum interception and expansion of coefficent and through grade II fuzzy comprehensive judgment, into ordinary binding mono-objective optimization and finally the optimum solution to hydrostatic bearings is ohtamed by compoundshaping, thus bringing about for the designing of hydrostatic bearings a multi-objective optimization method which is more practical and practicable.
