| 摘 要： | 软件配置管理是CMM的一个关键过程域，是软件开发过程的重要过程之一，是一套按规则管理软件生命周期全过程中各种中间软件产品和最终软件产品的方法和技术。随着我国航天事业的飞速发展，对航天测控软件的质量要求也越来越高，为此，我们开发了针对航天测控软件系统的软件配置管理工具(SCMT)。本文介绍了软件配置管理的基本概念和SCMT中的数据库系统的设计和实现思想。

| Abstract: | Software configuration management is a key process area in CMM and an important item in software process.It is a set of scientific methods to manage all middle products produced during the whole software life cycle.The rapid development of our space technology requires high quality of tracking and controlling softwares (TCSs).This paper describes the basic concepts of SCM and ideas about design and implementation of database in the SCM tool which was produced for managing the TCSs. |
