摘    要:水压试验是风洞洞体建造过程中作为检验设计、施工质量的重要手段。本文主要阐述2.4m风洞承压壳体整体水压试验的技术特点、试验目的及总体技术方案,简要介绍了以壳体应力分析结果为参考并结合风洞结构设计经验的风洞壳体位移、应力及支座反力监测部位选择方法,简要给出了风洞壳体整体水压试验的关键步骤,并将水压试验测量结果和应力计算结果进行了比较。2.4m风洞承压壳体整体水压试验的一次成功表明:基于壳体应力分析技术和独特的水压试验程序的2.4m风洞水压试验技术是安全可行的。

Abstract:Hydraulic test is an important means to inspect quality of design and construction in building processes for the 2. 4m wind tunnel shell. This paper describes the technical specialties, purposes and general projects of hydraulic test of the tunnel shell as a whole for the 2. 4m wind tunnel . With reference stress analytical results and design experiences, a method selecting the regions for inspecting displacement, stress and support force of tunnel is introduced. The detail key process of hydraulic testing of the tunnel shell is described. Addition comparison is made between measurement results and computed results. The hydraulic test of the 2. 4m wind tunnel shell as a whole has succeeded during the first testing shows that the hydraulic test technique of 2. 4m wind tunnel shell is safe and practical.
