多层多孔层板内流阻特性试验与计算方法研究

摘    要:设计了 6种单层和 6种双层结构的多孔层板,并在小型吸气式风洞上对 1 2种放大模型的多孔层板结构进行了内流阻特性试验,研究了多孔层板的层数、扰流柱形状、绕流方式、开孔率等因素对内流阻特性的影响。本文还对多孔层板结构内流阻的计算方法进行了研究,并结合试验工况进行了计算。

Abstract:The internal flow resistance of 12 amplified model laminate plates was tested in a small-size suction-type wind tunnel.The influences of some factors,such as single/double-layer,the patterns of pin fin arrays and internal flow patterns (including open-hole ratio),on internal flow resistance were studied.The calculation method of internal flow resistance in laminate porous plates was researched to satisfy the design requirement.The test conditions were taken into account.The comparison of the calculated results with the test data shows consistency of the both.The test data and the calculation method can be used for the cooling construction design of laminate porous plates.
