| 摘 要： | 首先根据世界航空工业发展形势，以美国近期的十二项典型重大航空预研计划为例，叙述其预研计划所包括的内容及执行效果，最后，透过所述的预研计划，分析了美国航空预研计划及其管理的特点，并对我国航空技术预研工作提出几点建议。

| Abstract: | The development trends of world aviation industry, the aviatorial big country attach importance to R&D, and the development of advanced technology are briefly overviewed at first. Then, the twelve typical aviatorial plans of short term in USA are instanced, these plans and achieved results are presented. Finally, the aviatorial R/D plan and its management feature is analysed through presented plans, and the suggestions about R/D work of aviatorial technology in China are put forwarded. |
