力限三向FMD的设计及应用

摘    要:力限控制技术是加速度和力的双重控制,能有效解决力学振动试验中的过试验和欠试验问题。文章在垂直向力限研究的基础上,根据引进的三向力传感器设计了三向FMD(Force Measurement Device)。利用有限元法和振动试验对设计的三向FMD进行了分析和调试。使用设计的三向FMD成功实施了某型号卫星承力筒的垂直向、水平向力限控制试验研究,达到了预期的研究目的。

Abstract:The force-limited control is the dual-control of acceleration and force, and can be used to solve the over-test and under-test problems in the vibration test. The design of the three-dimensional FMD(Force Measurement Device)is based on the previous study on vertical force-limited control, new force sensors, FEM calculations and vibration tests. The three-dimensional FMD is used in a cube’s vertical and horizontal force-limited test, with satisfactory results.
