复合催化剂对PET型燃气发生剂燃烧性能的影响

摘    要:通过催化剂的筛选及燃烧性能试验,得到了一种较好的复合催化剂GP/ZC。试验结果表明,复合催化剂GP/ZC既能一定程度上提高PET型燃气发生剂燃速(9 MPa下燃速最高达7.4 mm/s),又能大幅度降低PET型燃气发生剂压强指数(压强指数最低降到0.19)。

Abstract:A better composite catalyst GP/ZC was obtained by mean of selection of catalysts and combustion property test.Theexperiments results indicate that the composite catalyst GP/ZC can not only increase the burning rate of PET-type gas generator pro-pellant to a certain extent(the maximum burning rate is up to 7.4 mm/s at 9 MPa),but also decrease the pressure exponent ofPET-type gas generator propellant significantly(the minimum pressure exponent is 0.19).
