摘    要:对高空舱整流网固定螺栓断裂原因进行了理论分析和数值计算,找出了故障原因,并提出了解决方案。某涡扇发动机数百小时的各飞行状态高空模拟试验证实,改造成功有效。

Abstract:Theoretic analysis and numerical calculation was made to find out the rupture reason for a series of bolts used to fix the commute-net in plenum of altitude cell in this paper. The basic reason of the rupture was found, and reconstruction project was brought forward. Following hundreds hours of altitude test of a turbofan engine at different conditions, it has proved that the reconstruction is effective.
