论铅球投掷角度的问题

摘    要:本文用推导与实验相结合的方法,研究了推力的大小与投掷角的变化对投掷效果的影响,即推力与投掷角是自变量,而出手初速度是因变量。所取得的结论是最佳投掷角的大小,因人而异,推力大则最佳投掷角应大些(但不超过40°),反之则较小。全力投掷其距离在4.5~24m范围内,对应的最佳投掷角是12°~4°。

Abstract:There have been many research papers concerning shot putting angles which suggest that the optimum angle is between 38-42 degrees or about 40 degrees. The conclusion is imperfect and universally inapplicable, especially in physicl education. James Hay,an American expert on sport biomechanics pointed out that there is limitation of the above mentioned researches. Based on dedution and experiment,the author has researched the influence of shot putting force and angles on shot putting distance and found that the force and angle are independent variables,and the initial velocity is a dependent variable. It may be concluded that the optimum putting angle depends on individual persons. The more powerful the person,the larger the angle. The optimum putting angles are 12-40 degrees when the shot putting distance is 4. 5-24 meters in all-out putting.
