摘    要: 通过定向凝固技术制备的Ni-30Al-1Hf合金,是一种由γ相增强的树枝状β-NiAl基双相合金。在铸态时β和γ相存在着确定的取向关系。经不同冷却方式的热处理后发现,合金组织结构发生不同程度的变化,其中空冷或油淬后Ni-30Al-1Hf的枝晶干区大部分转变成了NiAl马氏体相。在900℃经拉伸变形后,NiAl马氏体组织已完全消失,而在β-NiAl相内部重新析出块状或条状的γ相。

Abstract:NiAl based two phase (β+γ) alloy Ni 30Al 1Hf was prepared by a directionally solidified method. It was found that the microstructure of the alloy was composed of β NiAl dendrites surrounded by interdendritic γ phases, There is an orientation relationship between β and γ phases in the as cast state. Homogenization at 1280℃/6h followed by air cooling or oil quenching resulted in the β NiAl phases in the two alloys mostly transformed to NiAl martensites . In the meantime, the volume percent of the γ Ni3Al phases decreased with increased cooling rate. After tensile testing at 900℃, all of the martensites disappeared, while γ precipitates were formed in the β NiAl phases.
