摘    要:文章分析了地空导弹武器装备环境适应性试验的特点,介绍了该领域以往常用的试验方法和评价/评估方法。针对装备在使用后暴露出的诸多环境不适应问题,从思想认识层面、装备论证的指标条件到具体的测试方式、样本数量、极限多应力、地理环境等方面分析了以往环境适应性试验和可靠性鉴定试验中存在的不足;对现阶段无据可依,急需采用国军标规范的内容提出了需求;分析装备鉴定改革后,环境适应性试验融入武器装备全寿命周期中的做法。从加强性能鉴定环境试验的充分性出发,提出建设多种典型环境靶场开展实地化环境试验或建设超大型环境实验室开展动态完整任务剖面试验;为充分利用多源信息,建议环境适应性试验理论研究需重点加强信息融合和参数表征。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the characteristics of the armament environmental adaptability test for the ground-to-air missile weapon. In view of the many problems found in the commissioned armaments, such as the environmental maladjustment, the defects and the inadequacy of the previous environmental adaptability test and reliability validation test, the analyses are made from such aspects as the philosophy, the set proof indices, the number of samples, the limitation for multiple stresses, and the geological environment. We propose to draw up additional military regulations where there is no practical reference in the current tests. The environmental adaptability test has been incorporated into the life-cycle of the armament. For the adequacy of the functional validation tests under various environments, it is proposed to build multi-type typical environmental ranges to carry out the environmental adaptability test, or to build super-large environmental labs for carrying out dynamic tests under the condition of the whole task profiles. In order to take full advantage of the information from multiple resources, some future directions of research focuses are pointed out for strengthening the theoretical studies of the environmental adaptability test.
