落压式供应发生器试验系统动态仿真

摘    要:某上面级液氧/煤油补燃发动机的发生器拟采用落压式挤压供应试验系统方案,为了验证其单独热试方案的可行性,建立发生器热试系统的动态数学模型,并进行数值仿真计算,确认了试验系统方案的可行性,同时提出了分级起动方式并确定了起动工况。试验取得了成功,试验结果与仿真吻合,验证了仿真计算的正确性。

Abstract:To test the gas generator of an upper stage LOX/kerosene staged combustion cycle engine,a blow down feed hot-test system project is designed.The dynamic model is established for the test system.By simulation calculation,It is concluded that the scheme of the test system is feasible and an appropriate start operating condition is selected.The test results show that the simulation calculation is correct.
