摘    要:建立了一套便携式的在线刀具磨损图像检测装置及相应的计算程序,利用该装置观察到了涂层硬质合金刀具加工300M高强度钢过程的定性磨损规律,并确定了刀具磨损量的测量方法。

Abstract:A online tool wear image-catching apparatus was fabricated and a image processing program was developed. An orthogonal experiment was carried out to inspect the wear quantity VB when milling high strength steel 300M with the said coated milling tool. The tool wear process was analyzed and some qualitative rule was observed. A tool wear life equation with regard to the cutting parameters was established, which was very important in optimizing the cutting parameters when milling difficult-to-machine materials such as 300M steel.
