碳化硅短切纤维电磁特性改进研究

摘    要:通过表面化学镀镍并进行适当的热处理,可调节碳化硅纤维的电磁性能。研究了SiC表面化学镀金属镍的工艺条件,在SiC纤维表面制得较为均匀致密的金属镍镀层;研究了镀镍SiC纤维在热处理过程中的结构组成变化,以及制备工艺条件对所制备的吸收剂的电磁参数的影响。

Abstract:SiC fibers were coated with Ni by electroless plating and heat-treated to ajudst their electromagneticproperties. The technology of chemical plating was studied to obtain SiC fiber with compacted and well-distributed Nicklecoat. The phase transformation of Ni - coated SiC fibers during heating was characterized. And the influnce of preparingcondition on the electromagnetic parameters of the modified SiC absorbent was also discussed.
