| 摘 要： | 估价是企业财务管理的一项基本技术，是财务管理人员的一项重要工作。传统的手工估价存在着主观性强、工作量大、易出错等缺陷，因此，实施企业估价电算化势在必行。在认真研究企业估价基本原理的基础上，提出了一套实施企业估价电算化的具体方案，并以最常用的Excel软件为例阐述了该方案的实施方法。
