| 摘 要： | 项目信息是航天工程项目计划与控制的基础。本文针对大型航天工程项目的信息管理问题,分析了其项目信息流,并以项目信息采集、处理以及信息传递为目的,规划航天企业组织管理中的信息流程、网络系统和软件概念框架,探讨航天工程项目管理信息的基本思路。
