结构方程模型在民用机场旅客满意度中的应用实例分析

基于结构方程模型,对国内机场旅客满意度进行实证研究,以期发现影响机场旅客满意度的直接或间接因素。通过构建理论假设,形成机场旅客满意度结构方程模型路径图;结合样本数据对模型进行拟合、检验和修正,建立了相应的测量模型和结构模型。研究结果表明,感知价值、服务质量和企业形象都对机场旅客满意度有直接显著的影响,且四者之间的关联性较强。

A Case Study of the Application of Structural Equation Model in Passenger Satisfaction of Civil Airports

The purpose of the paper is to conduct an empirical study on domestic airport passenger satisfaction based on the structural equation model,so as to find out the direct and indirect factors of airport passenger satisfaction.First of all,by building a theory hypothesis,the airport passenger satisfaction path graph is formed based on structural equation model;secondly,based on the sample data,the model is fitted,verified and corrected;and finally,the measurement model and the structure model are established.The research results show that perceived value,service quality and enterprise image have a direct and significant impact on the airport passenger satisfaction,and there is a strong correlation among the four aspects.
