气象火箭发射装置加工耦合偏差对瞄准精度的影响

摘    要:采用集中参数法求解坐标变换,计算分析了火箭发射装置产品加工中导轨和定向器部件的加工精度、耳轴托架和水平测量基面的耦合等因素对发射精度的影响,确定了合理的偏差工艺参数要求范围和测试方法。通过控制和检测耳轴偏差角这一主要加工参数,满足了总体发射瞄准精度要求。该研究方法亦适于不进行调平的发射装置的瞄准角修正,可简化发射程序。

Abstract:To solve coordinate transformation using lumped parameter method,the launching accuracy influenced by the factors of the processing accuracy of the guider and centering guide part,the coupling of ear handle and horizon measuring base level in the processing of the launching unit for rocket were calculated and analyzed.A reasonable range of straggling parameter and test methods were determined.Through controlling and inspecting inclination of ear handle,the requirement for pointing accuracy in launching was guaranteed.The method is applicable to sighting angle correction for the unlevelling launching unit,which simplifies the launch program.
