硫化罐温度和压力的两级控制

摘    要:推导了Hammerstcin模型描述的一类多变量非线性系统的加权最小方差自校正控制器算法,并将该算法应用在硫化罐温度和压力控制上。为提高该算法应用在工程上的可靠性,本文提出了两级控制思想──即先用本文推导的算法和常规多变量PID控制算法分别计算控制值,若两者计算结果差别不大,则认为自校正算法收敛,自校正计算控制值可直接输出;若两者计算结果差别较大,则认为自校正算法可能发散,这时可根据两种算法对控制值进行调整,然后输出调整后的控制值。实际运行结果表明,这种控制器具有较强的鲁棒性和较好的控制效果。

Abstract:Proposes the algorithm of weighting least variance self-tuning controller for a class of nonlinear multivariable systems described by model Hammerstein, and its application for temperature and pressure control of tire-curing bottles. To improve technical reliability of the application of this algorithm, this paper proposes an idea of two level control-that is,calculating control values with this algorithm and usual multivariable PID control algorithm first, If two results are not quite different,the algorithm of self-tuning controller is thought to be convergent,and control values of this algorithm may be put out directly ; otherwise,control values can be adjusted according to the results of the two algorithm and the adjusted control values can be put out then. The operation result shows that the algorithm proposed by this paper has satisfactory robustness and control result
