| 摘 要： | 通过三种不同的工艺路线加工伺服齿轮曲线导向槽,摸索出伺服齿轮在切削加工和热处理中的变形规律,得出了合理的工艺加工方法,解决了伺服齿轮渗氮后精密加工工艺难题。

| Abstract: | The text obtains the distortion rule of the curvilinear guide groove during the course of cutting and thermal treatment,gets the reasonable processing method and solves the difficult problems of the precision machining after the servo gear nitridation,by researching on three different kinds of processing routes of the curvilinear guide groove. |
