新一代多光谱扫描仪焦平面集成技术

摘    要:焦平面集成技术将成为新一代多光谱扫描仪发展的重要关键技术,文章对焦平面集成技术进行了探讨。新一代多光谱扫描仪的焦平面集成技术包括微型组合滤光片、焦面探测器技术、焦面低噪声读出技术、信号处理技术及其组件耦合技术,文章以可见光平面为例,分析了焦平面集成技术存在的问题和可能的解决途径。

Abstract:The integrated technology of focal plane is very important when developing new generated multi-spectral scanner.It is composed of the micro-combine filter, detector technology of focal plane, loe-noise readout circuit, signal processing technology and package coupling technology,Take, as an example, the visible focal plane, the technical challenges of integrated technology and some ways to meet these challenges are analyzed.
