钛合金TC4高温动态压缩力学行为研究

摘    要:利用分离式Hopkinson压杆和微型Hopkinson压杆测试钛合金TC4材料,在温度为20~800℃之间,应变率103/s和104/s下的压缩力学行为,定量研究温度和应变率对材料流动应力的影响规律。结果表明:随着温度升高,材料应变率呈现增大趋势,而随着应变率变化,材料温度敏感性变化不大。

Abstract:In this article,the compressive mechanical behavior of a titanium alloy is investigated at the temperatures ranging from 200 to 800℃ at high strain rates.The experiments were conducted by using Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar(SHPB) with a synchronically assembled heating system at the strain rates 103/s and 104/s respectively.The experimental results show that the mechanical property of the material depends heavily on the testing temperature and strain rate.With the increasing temperature,both strain rate and temperature sensitivity of flow stress increase.However,the temperature sensitivity of the material is found to be almost independent on strain rate.Finally,the parameters of Johnson-Cook constitutive model are fitted according to experimental results.The fitting results show good consistence with experimental results.
