陶瓷多孔毛细渗油火焰稳定性研究

摘    要:本文是用陶瓷制作的多孔毛细火焰稳定器作渗油燃烧研究的总结.首先,对陶瓷的优缺点进行了简要地分析,并论述了它的应用前景.认为陶瓷材料不仅可以用来制造空气喷气发动机燃烧室的一些零部件,而且会带来明显效益.其次,介绍了所作多孔毛细陶瓷稳定器火焰稳定性能实验研究结果及简要的分析,由于连续的毛细渗油蒸发作用使得火焰稳定边界大大加宽.

Abstract:This paper is a summary report which describes the investigation on combustion sustained by fuel permeability in a flame holder made of porous ceramic material. The advantages and disadvantages of ceramic material are discussed and the prospects of its application are indicated in this paper. It is recognized that ceramic material can be used for some components in jet engine combustors and has great virtue. This paper presents some experimental research results on flame stabilization of flame holder made of porous ceramic material and discusses briefly these results. The range of flame stability becomes wider due to the vaporization and continious permeability of fuel.
