激光熔覆耐磨涂层的研究现状与展望

摘    要:激光熔覆技术是一种先进的表面改性技术,在制造耐靡涂层方面具有广阔的前景。本文综合评述了激光熔覆耐磨涂层的研究和应用。其中包括熔覆工艺、材料体系及其熔覆所形成的冶金组织特征和性能。最后,提出了存在的问题如今后努力的方向。

Abstract:Laser cladding is an advanced surface modification technique, having high potential in manufacturing wear-resistant coatings. In this paper, recent developments and applications of laser cladding in producing novel wear-resistant coatings are reviewed in details, including laser cladding process, material systems, microstructural characteristics and properties of the coatings.Furthermore, the needs for further research efforts is also briefly discussed.
