摘    要:利用光学金相、SEM、TEM等多种分析手段研究了预时效处理对单晶高温合金CMSX-3组织的影响,并探讨了不同工艺条件下材料的高皮劳行为,结果表明,采用适当的预时效处理工艺可有效消除组织与成分的不均匀性,获得合适的γ相析出形态及尺寸,并提高材料的高温疲劳寿命。

Abstract:In this paper, the effect 0f pre-aging treatment on the structure of single crystal su-' perall0y CMSX-3 has been studied by optical microscope, SEM and TEM.
